Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs)

These TCXOs are specifically designed for Space, Military and high reliabilty industrial applications. These oscillators feature 4 Point Crystal Mount to withstand high shock and vibration environment and fully comply with class 2 hybrid microcircuit technology per MIL-PRF-55310. These parts are designed to withstand 50 krads/Si TID and are hermetically sealed using ceramic packages. Precise temperature compensation methods allow for tight frequency stability over wide temperature ranges. Exceptionally good frequency aging characteristics are achieved by the use of precision quartz crystals manufactured using in-house proprietary processes.  Contact Xsis Engineering for your special requirements.
